Conditioning
The specific functional training that is central to keeping the body in good physical shape to be able to cope with the demanding exercises that parkour contains.
Precision
A fully controlled jump between two objects.

Drop
Jump from a higher level to a lower one.
Role
Diagonal roll fall that protects the athlete against injuries from hard landings.

Vaults
The various exercises used to overcome an obstacle.
Speed Vault
Effective technique to overcome an obstacle while maintaining your momentum. Can be performed at high speed with practice.

Catleaps
When the practitioner hangs on a wall with the feet facing it.
Balance / Cat balance
Balance walk, either on all fours or only on the legs.
Wonderful
Movement where the athletes swing through or under a rail (railing).
Wall run
Running up the path and forcing the wall.
Tic Tac
Deploy on a wall to force another wall or wall.
