Conditioning

The specific functional training that is central to keeping the body in good physical shape to cope with the demanding exercises of parkour.

Precision

A fully controlled jump between two objects.

Drop

Jump from a higher level to a lower one.

Roll

Diagonal roll drop that protects the athlete from injury on hard landings.
